1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a pre-order reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit a reservation.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits a reservation through the OM pre-order page.

2. Nature of the Pre-Order Reservation

The pre-order reservation is an expression of interest, not a purchase order. Submitting a reservation:

• Does not require any payment
• Does not create a binding contract of sale
• Does not guarantee delivery, availability, or a specific price
• Does not reserve a specific unit or production slot

By reserving, you are telling us you are interested in OM and would like to be contacted when the first production run is ready. We will reach out with full pricing, configuration options, and the opportunity to confirm or cancel before any purchase is made.

3. No Payment Now

No payment of any kind is collected at reservation. If this website requests financial information of any kind, please do not proceed and contact us immediately at nikolas.bellos@gmail.com.

4. Product Description and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, materials, and features shown on this website are indicative and subject to change. The final product may differ from what is depicted in renders, prototypes, or described in copy.

Indicative pricing (€499 for OM, €699 for OM Intelligence) is shown for planning purposes only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of the official purchase invitation.

5. Availability and Timeline

OM is currently in late-stage prototyping. We estimate contacting reserved customers from late 2026, though no specific delivery date is guaranteed. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the production run at any time.

If the project is cancelled, all reservations will be voided and reserved customers will be notified by email. No compensation will be owed, as no payment was taken.

6. Your Right to Withdraw

You may withdraw your reservation at any time, for any reason, with no consequence. To do so, email us at nikolas.bellos@gmail.com with the name and email address used at reservation and a request to be removed from the waitlist. We will process your request within 5 business days.

7. OM Intelligence Subscription

The OM Intelligence tier includes a 1-year free subscription to the OM Intelligence service layer. Full subscription terms, renewal pricing, and service terms will be provided prior to purchase. The subscription covers access to cloud AI capabilities and is subject to ongoing development.

After the free period, continued access to OM Intelligence features will require a paid subscription. Users who do not wish to subscribe will retain access to the base OM device features.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this website — including the OM name, logotype, product designs, and all written and visual content — is the exclusive property of the OM project team. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of this website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the OM project team shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of this website, reliance on product information, or the cancellation or modification of the pre-order programme. Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed zero euros, as no payment has been taken.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By submitting a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or maintenance of a reservation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
